Puerto Rico/Boriken has been engaged in an anti-colonial resistance struggle for over 500 years, beginning with Taino and African resistance against the spanish conquistadors, to the Puerto Rican Nationalists and clandestine liberation struggle against the spanish and the united states, and the current decolonizing resistance movement that exist today.
